No matter the situation, there is support for you. If you feel uncomfortable going to your parents, there are counsellors and agencies that are here to help. Your school guidance counsellors deal with personal and social situations every day. There are local support groups in your community.

Coping and Grieving

You or someone you know may be coping or grieving as a result of a death. It’s important to understand what the person or yourself is going through.
